Pan Urania MZ prefabricated structures offer all the advantages of general steel modular constructions, with the addition of some peculiarities that make the MZ system unique in its kind. The simplicity and resistance of the press-bent hot dip galvanized steel structures are combined with an extremely quick assembling which grants savings on time and costs and the possibility of pre-assembling the base and the roof inside the plant, with a remarkable reduction of transportation costs.
The almost total absence of welded elements, that is, the possibility to entirely disassemble the structure and to move it to other destination sites (due to its limited dimensions) make MZ units absolutely unique, thanks to their comfort and versatility. The structural elements composition, as well as the wall plugging made of polyurethane or rock wool sandwich panels of different thickness (depending on needs), ensure a wide range of possible external finishings and also the possibility to have additional roofings, whose shape can be chosen by the customer.
All this is made with the aim to obtain the best possible aesthetic result. The thermal comfort of the structures and their fire resistance are granted by the possibility of varying the walls and the roof’s thickness, filling, and insulation (it is possible to create an air interspace), depending on the customer’s needs. In this way, by properly assembling MZ units it is possible to create schools, hospitals, offices, work camps, dwellings and lots more.
